A branch of the Union of State and Local Employees and State Employees of the Republic of Croatia - Dobri dom!

At the end of October 2024, the founding assembly of the new trade union branch of the Union of State and Local Employees and Employees of the Republic of Croatia – DOBRI DOM was held in the Institution of the City of Zagreb DOBRI DOM. Slađana Munjić was elected as union commissioner, and Božo Gledec as her deputy. Workers from all organizational units and locations of the Institution joined the SDLSN of the Republic of Croatia.

Since December 2023, the Union of Communal, Transport and Related Activities of Croatia – DOBRI DOM branch has been operating in the Institution, the union commissioner is Alen Halilović, and his deputy is Jernej Kociper.

The establishment of another trade union branch in DOBRI DOM is a step towards further open, transparent and honest social dialogue with the aim of further improving the working conditions of all workers and indirectly the quality of social services as a result of the hard work of all workers aimed at the citizens of the City of Zagreb in need of social protection.
