10th anniversary of our Institution

Ten years is a really huge number and opportunity to look back and try to mark our work, on our own and by others as well.

Each of us has accomplished by our work and relation towards the users and co-operators the fact that we can proudly state our name in the public – Dobri dom. Numbers tell everything: more than 14 million meals, 963 000 delivered meals to homes of our users, 450 000 dairy products for more than 38 000 children at the age of 0 months to 12 months, more than 150 000 family packages for families with three and more children…
Human solidarity, professionalism and economy business are our call, and it can be said in few words – We serve kindness…to those who really need it. There are ups and downs always through our work, we learn and develop from year to year. Humanity, compassion, solidarity, warmth and sincere word are the thing we must never lose. It has to be our slogan.
Quality of the Institution is based upon very high sanitary and hygienic standards (HACCP and EN ISO 9001:2007/2008 certificates from 2007), clean and tidy working places and workers, all this in order to ensure a healthy, safe and delicious meal.
We invested a lot of work and knowledge in the last ten years. There were some hard times and again more happy ones, but we are aware that a harder part is waiting for us, because we need to maintain and even improve the quality standards and business every day and to justify the confidence of our citizens i.e. our users.

Thank you all who have cooperated with us and supported us in the last 10 years and doing so implemented a part of yourself in ‘Dobri dom – a home of human solidarity…’
